Arrival:   Please arrive no earlier than 2:30pm. Prior to unloading your equipment, please call Bean O’Malley at 248.719.5098 to notify us of your arrival.

 

Timeline: 

2:30pm – 4:30pm -   Load-in

4:30pm – 6:30pm -   Performance set

5:35pm – 5:45pm -   10 minute break for “Gates Open” announcement

5:40pm - Gates open

7:10pm - Game Time

 

Location:     GATE 4 - Outdoor Stage (12’x20’)

 

Power:   Three (3) 20 AMP outlets

 

Band responsible for:    All sound equipment (Stage Right); set-up/clean-up; cords; cables; chairs.

 

Chicago White Sox provide:   Water for band members only

 

Merchandise:    The sale and roaming distribution of merchandise, apparel, or CDs is prohibited.

 

Weather:   Bands will be paid in the event of a rainout if mutually agreed upon with the Chicago White Sox on the date of performance.

                                     

Parking:    Four (4) parking passes will be emailed to you.

 

Vehicles may not be on sidewalk or block the path of the ambulance at any time. Vehicles may be parked in the fire lane for loading and unloading, but must be parked in lot for duration of the performance. 

                     

Directions:  Southbound Traffic: Exit Dan Ryan Expressway (I-94) at 31st Street (Exit 54), continue on Wentworth Av.  Turn right onto 35th street.  Turn left into LOT D / GATE 4 on the left.

Northbound Traffic: Exit Dan Ryan expressway (I-94) at 35th Street (Exit 55A), and stay in the left lane once on LaSalle Street.  Turn left on 35th Street.  Continue straight and turn left into Lot D/ Gate 4.
